What are the timings of the course each day?
On the first day of your course, we ask you to arrive at 08:45hrs for a 09:00hrs start, until 17:00hrs. Thereafter, the hours are 09:00hrs - 17:00hrs.
Do I have to attend all days of a Course?
Yes, you must attend all days of the course as important aspects are covered every day.

Average time taken to properly complete the Case Study is 20 hours.

What do I need to wear?
Casual, comfortable clothes are fine for the five-day course. Please wear suitable "gym/exercise" clothing for the Practical Assessment on Day 5. For the Chronic Lower Back Pain and Cardiac Rehab Phase IV courses, there is some gym-work involved so trainers and clothes that don't restrict movement are recommended.
Are there any practical elements to the course?
There are group sessions in the five-day course, along with a practical - based assessment testing your ability to plan and carry out a programme of exercise for a referred client (role - playing task). Conducted on Day 5. In the Chronic Lower Back Pain and Cardiac Rehab Phase IV courses there are gym and group sessions.
